Union Health Minister, Ghulam Nabi Azad inaugurated here the National Research Institute of Sowa Rigpa. After the upgradation of this Centre as National Research Institute in 2009, infrastructure upgradation was taken up in this new complex by spending more than Rs. 1.50 crore.
