The College Positive Program at UMass Dartmouth is dedicated to helping local youth achieve the dream of a college education by assisting and advising students on the college-bound path. These efforts are aimed at increasing college enrollment and success for all students by providing them with support and information about college preparation, paying for college, etc. UMass Dartmouth College Positive students volunteer as a part of a service program, representing higher education as they expose youths to college options, resources, and materials to be successful in college exploration. The program employs Federal Work Study Students and directly partners with the local Durfee High School.
