The article looks at the Thulung Rai, a sub-tribe in teh middle hills of East Nepal. Normally assumed to be overwhelmingly influenced by Hindu immigrants, the article looks at the relationships of culture and myth between the Thulung and traditional Tibetan culture. (Mark Premo-Hopkins 2004-04-08)
