Richard Davidson, founder of the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, explains the four constituents of well-being. The practice of wellbeing is emphasized through continuous practice; and each of the constituents are rooted in specific brain circuits that illustrate neuroplasticity. The four constituents introduces are resilience, positive outlook, attention, and generosity.
