Resting at Ease in the Mind-As-Such (Sems nyid ngal gso) is contained in The Trilogy of Resting at Ease (Ngal gso skor gsum). In addition, this edition contains The Trilogy of Natural Freedom (Rang grol skor gsum). Both these trilogies are Dzokchen instructions by Longchen Rapjam Drimé Özer (1308-1364).
