In this keynote address at the 2012 Association for the Contemplative Mind in Higher Education conference, law professor and scholar Rhonda Magee proposes that contemplative approaches can help students and society normalize talking about tough issues such as race. She describes the benefits her students experience from contemplative approaches to curriculum development and the diverse efforts of contemplative instructors that are reconceptualizing education.
