This article discusses the role of Theory of Mind within a behavioral economics framework and how this process can support rational decision making resulting in beneficial outcomes. The article states that ToM cannot be generalized; this process may provide difficulty even with people one knows well; and the ability to apply a good theory of mind is contextual and situational.
