Abstract: This meditation is included in the free online version of the eight-week MBSR course by Palouse Mindfulness (http://palousemindfulness.com). This is identical to the earlier version, except that the graphic has changed and some of the distracting sounds that were in the "silent" portion of the meditation have been removed.
